We currently ship to the United States and Europe. If your country appears as a shipping option at checkout, we deliver there.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard (FREE): 14–25 business days, tracked. No minimum order — free on everything.
- Expedited ($7.95 USD): 7–14 business days, tracked.
All prices in USD. Delivery times are estimates counted from the ship date and exclude processing time.
Import Duties & Taxes
All prices shown on our website already include all applicable import duties and taxes. You will not be charged any additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes when your order arrives — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays
Occasionally, customs or carrier delays may extend delivery times, especially during holidays. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us and we will do our best to help.
